Proceeds to be used to fund improvement projects for the Greater St. Louis Area Council Camps.
Doors open at 11:00 AM, Lunch served from 11:30-12:30, with shotgun start starting at 1:00PM. The tournament is a four-player scramble. Awards presented after tournament. Trophies will be awarded for the closest to the pin, for the longest drive and of course to the tournament winners. Attendance prizes will also be awarded.
Sponsorships are the key to the event success of the event. Sponsors will be recognized at the tournament.

2025 Annual Meeting
Join us at Vago Park in Maryland Heights for our 2025 Annual Meeting. We will elect new board members, enjoy the fellowship of ESA members, and no doubt have some lively discussions as we plan for future activities!

Merit Badge Make-Up Day is the Eagle Scout Association's premier event. Merit badges play an important role in a Scout's Trail to Eagle, second only to the Eagle Project. The event provides a chance for Scouts to complete merit badge requirements left incomplete at summer camp. Over the years thousands of Scouts have taken advantage of this opportunity to complete their partials.
There is no pre-registration for Scouts attending - simply report directly to the program area and meet with the counselor. You must be in a full uniform: Scout shirt, Scout shorts, Scout socks! Scouts - see flyer and map for details of the event.
We need your help to help staff this event, and we look forward to working alongside you at this wonderful event.
