Each year the Eagle Scout Association along with the Greater St. Lois Area Council, Boy Scouts of America recognizes those Scouts who attained the rank of Eagle during that year.  Each Eagle Scout is recognized with a  token of the Greater St. Louis Area Council's and ESA's appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
