The Eagle Scout Association has been responsible for many of the maintenance and building projects through Beaumont Scout Reservation and S-F Scout Ranch.  Some of these projects include benches and new decks for wagons used in the hayride program, a new fence around the Recreation Hall at Nagle Base, a new pavilion at Swift Base and expansion after the pavilion was destroyed in a severe storm, new retaining wall outside the Activity building of Cub World, landscaping at the main entrance to Beaumont Reservation as well as the ranger office circle drive.

Over the years the Eagle Scout Association has been the group mostly responsible for the maintenance of the Scoutmaster's Chapel at Beaumont Scout Reservation.  The chapel was designed by ESA member Eric Smith and has won many national design awards.  Many projects have included adding electricity to the chapel, rebuilding the pews, installing a stone retaining wall, fixing the steps leading to the chapel, cutting out dead trees, and providing new plants in front of the chapel.

In Spring of 2009, S-F Scout Ranch was hit by a severe thunderstorm causing considerable damage.  A tree was blown over onto a pavillion at Swift Base breaking a support beam and destroying the roof.  During the rebuilding effort it was suggestd to enlarge the pavilion because of the expanded use of the pavilion over the years.  ESA agreed and now the pavilion has electricity and more space to handle a wide range of activities throughout the year.
